Please note that when you enter into a bid, you enter into a binding contract to purchase your item per the terms listed. Please do not bid if you don't intend to follow through on your purchase.

10% Buyers Fee on All Purchases
7% Sales Tax for North Dakota residents
$20.00 per gun Shipping Fee if you would like us to ship.


Cash, Money Order, Cashier’s Check or Credit Card
Credit or Debit Card Purchases are an additional 3% to cover the card fees. When using a debit or credit card, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions, including your card holder agreement.

Please make all Money Orders & Cashier’s Checks payable to "Bret Ruff Auctions".

We adhere to all State and Federal Firearms laws. A Federal NICS check will be conducted when you pick up your firearm. $50.00 per gun re-listing fee applies if NICS check is denied for any reason or you fail to pick up and pay for your gun.


Shipping is available on your items, we charge the actual cost of the shipping plus a small fee for handling the item. Shipping charges will be added to your invoice, but please let us know right away if you need your items shipped. Shipping is available to the FFL holder of your choice. We charge a flat rate of $20 to ship your gun. We'll be happy to work with you on your shipping needs. The buyer assumes all risk in the shipping the item. We cannot control what happens with your item after it leaves our possession and any damage is between the buyer and the shipper.
